1- Proof of legal age: To be able to marry in California you need to be at least 18 years old, and you need to prove it with a valid photo ID with full name and date of birth.
2- Payment: Depending on the type of license (confidential or public), you can estimate a payment between $45 and $112 dollars in the State of California.
